“Do Probiotics Work for Kids? Colic, Allergies and Diarrhea”

Probiotics are becoming a common addition to infant formulas and foods for kids. Most parents have heard of probiotics and may wonder whether these supplements hold the key to optimum health for their children. In this talk, Dr. Cabana, who has conducted clinical trials on probiotic use in children, explains what probiotics are, offers tips on how to be a savvy consumer, and provides examples of where probiotics are and are not effective.
